Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our artisanal footwear.

How long does it take to craft a pair of Bordon boots?

Each pair of Bordon boots is handmade to order by our master cordwainers. The typical production time is 4 to 6 weeks, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our handmade boots worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, and all international orders are tracked for your peace of mind.

How do I find my correct size?

We recommend using our detailed sizing guide which includes instructions on how to measure your foot length and width. Our boots generally run true to size, but we are available for personalized consultations if you are between sizes.

What is your return policy for handmade items?

We accept returns on standard-sized boots within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn, original condition. Please note that custom-made or bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can Bordon boots be resoled?

Absolutely. We utilize traditional Blake stitch and Goodyear welt construction methods specifically so that your boots can be resoled by a professional cobbler, extending their lifespan for many years.

What types of leather do you use?

We source only premium, full-grain leathers from world-renowned tanneries. This includes vegetable-tanned leathers and high-grade suedes that develop a beautiful patina over time.
