At Bordon, we stand by the craftsmanship of our handmade boots and offer a 30-day return window for items in unworn, original condition. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to helping you find the right size or providing a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the boots in their original branded box and pack them into a secure shipping carton, ensuring all protective dust bags and inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the boots for signs of wear, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
